I would like to register a complaint and am not sure how to proceed. There is a house in Coral Gables, where there are at least 30 ferral cats in the yard at all times. I am a neighbor so would not like to disclose my name but I am in total despair of these poor animals overtaking this neighborhood. They are a major health hazard to everyone in the surrounding are including pets and children and my family. I am a responsible and caring pet owner and cannot bear to see this abuse. In addition to the unnecessary growing overpopulation of cats, this irresponsible person has brought other animals into the area, racoons, dogs, and opossoms, due to food being readily available. During the summer heat, the stench from the yard was unbearable. I would like someone to investigate and address this situation with the resident as quickly as possible. THIS TIME HE KILLED A NEIGHBORS DOG(FROM OFF THEIR FRONT PORCH) AND INJURED ANOTHER DOG AND WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE BEFORE HE COULD BE BEATEN OFF AND CAPTURED. NOW YOU HAVE THE CHANCE TO DO YOUR JOB AND DISTROY THIS PIT BULL..WHAT DOES IT TAKE BEFORE YOU DO SOMETHING TO PROTECT THE CHILDREN THAT GO TO AND FROM SCHOOL PASSING BY RIGHT IN FRONT OF THIS DOGS HOUSE(SPRECKELS SCHOOL 150YRDS AWAY)? WE CALLED AND YOU SAID THE ANIMAL IS INOCENT UNTILL PROVEN GUILTY???EXCUSE ME? ANIMALS DONT HAVE RIGHTS, THEY HAVE VALUE. PEOPLE HAVE RIGHTS.
